Thunderbird Inn Plan to Reopen on June 15th, 2020
Thunderbird Hoilday
June 5, 2020
As the B.C. government's economic reopen plan, Thunderbird Inn will reopen the front office on the 15th of June 2020.
Since the COVID-19 virus is still lingering, Thunderbird Inn will adopt protective measures as following to ensure the safety of our guests and employees:
1. Our staff will wear masks when serving guests.
Only ONE guest will be allowed in the front office at the time.
2. We do NOT accept cash. The POS will be disinfected after every use.
3. Guest Rooms will stay empty for at least 48 hours between reservations. While empty, rooms will be cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before accepting another guest. And for this reason, we require a minimum stay for two nights at this moment.
4. We will NOT offer housekeeping services during guests' stay, if guests need towels, coffee, tissue, etc. We will deliver them to the door.
Thunderbird Inn appreciates your understanding and cooperation, we hope everyone stays safe and healthy.
Hope to see you in the near future.
